Welcome to my blog

Hello everyone,

I'm opening this blog in order to share my experience (low for now) and results in super macro photography.

Why super macro? That is because I am using a reverse ring, of course.

The beginning...
I bought a camera with four lenses (I will not give detailed info about that, I see no real importance) to start better quality photography and  to improve my skills.
Soon enough I found out that with this camera, without good skills in manual settings I would get not very good results. With camera presets the photos were not too great...
To solve this problem I bought a new camera, which has great presets and my photos are really great.
Now, what to do with the old one? I sold 3 of the lenses and I kept only one (16-85mm)
Why this one? I found it very useful that when I am zooming the lens, the subject is getting further,
which helps me to get a few more inches between lens and subject.

Look what I have done with two coins, one penny and two pence... of course I also bought a cheap lamp. Without light super macro will not work.
About that, it is very important to lock the little blade which opens the diaphragm at maximum.
Just stuck some paper, wood or whatever you have to keep it oped and add some tape.
About the reverse ring, just google it and buy it for about 3 pounds. The cost is nothing for the great results...
I'll be back with tips and photos. Please do the same to make this blog a good start for all who desires to experiment this great way in Photography.
